Payment method
50% to make the booking by bank transfer, 50% before boarding.
Cancellation
In case of the client have to cancel the reservation, the following charges will be applied to the price of the service:
- 25% DEPOSIT: All reservations canceled more than 1 month before the boarding date.
- 50% DEPOSIT: All reservations canceled between 30 and 7 days before the boarding date.
- NON-REFUNDABLE: All reservations canceled less than 7 days before the boarding date.
In the event that weather conditions do not allow the rental to take place on the reserved day, the client will receive a full refund of the amount or, failing that, the reservation will be modified depending on availability. This clause is applicable in case of wind gusts of more than 25 knots, heavy seas or rain at the time of boarding. The captain and the company reserve the right to cancel if it is considered that the safety of the passengers on board cannot be guaranteed.
