Cancellation
- Cancellation up to 16 days before the provision of the service: 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- Cancellation less than 15 days and before 11 days for the start of the charter: penalty of 50% of the price paid.
- Cancellation less than 10 days and before 6 days for the start of the charter: penalty of 25% of the price paid.
- Cancellation at least 5 days before the start of the charter: penalty of 100% of the price.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
If wind ≥30 knots or rain charter will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, full refund applies.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Vessel remains available until 14:00. After that, booking is considered no-show unless agreed otherwise.
