Cancellation
- Due to inclement weather: a new charter day will be searched, if not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.
- By the client: the following percentages will be penalized on the rental amount:
- More than a month in advance: no penalty.
- Between 30 and 7 days in advance: 50%
- Less than 7 days in advance: 100% - By the lessor: the amount paid will be refunded.
