The beach at Es Jondal is home to a perfect Ibizan restaurant if you want to enjoy the very best Mediterranean seafood. Yemanja is a quirky beach bar famous for its stunning terrace and top-quality
dishes. Its menu is extensive, with proposals for all tastes, but its seafood truly stands out.
Fresh fish, always
Each day they offer fresh baked fish. The dish changes every day, so you should visit Yemanjà more than once to try out all its delights on the menu. Flavours that are always enhanced thanks to its stunning sea views. The lobster stew, or the grilled lobster, as well as the moules marinière, mussels in cava, grilled squid, grilled fish or seafood platter, the highly recommended bullit de peix with arroz a banda (fish stew with rice), and the steamed clams are other dishes that will entice you if you're a seafood fan.
Memorable rice dishes
If the fish at Yemanja is spectacular, then the rice dishes are not far behind. You can choose from up to seven surf or turf dishes. You might struggle to choose which one when you check out the menu: the organic rice paella with artichokes, asparagus, broccoli and courgette definitely captures the attention, but so does the fish and seafood paella with grouper, monkfish, cuttlefish, lobster, red prawns and clams.
Starters and salads
The Yemanjá menu is rounded off by a wide variety of starters, salads and special dishes for vegetarians. The salmon tartare with shallots, avocado, rocket, pickled red pepper and capers is spectacular, as are the grilled vegetables with basil pesto or the linguine with prawns, cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli and fresh herbs. Whatever you decide, you'll definitely make the right choice!
