Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges will apply:
- 25% DEPOSIT: All reservations canceled more than 1 month before the boarding date.
- 50% DEPOSIT: All reservations canceled between 30 and 7 days before the boarding date.
- NON-REFUNDABLE: All reservations canceled less than 7 days before the boarding date.
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event that weather conditions prevent the rental from taking place on the reserved date, the reservation will be rescheduled for another date based on availability. Otherwise, the client will receive a 100% refund of the import fee.
