Cancellation
- Cancelación hasta 16 días antes de la prestación del servicio: se reembolsará el 100% del importe pagado.
- Cancelación con menos de 15 días y hasta 11 días antes del inicio del alquiler: penalización del 50% del precio pagado.
- Cancelación con menos de 10 días y hasta 6 días antes del inicio del alquiler: penalización del 25% del precio pagado.
- Cancelación con al menos 5 días de antelación al inicio del alquiler: penalización del 100% del precio.
CONDICIONES METEOROLÓGICAS
Si el viento es ≥30 nudos o llueve, el alquiler se reprogramará. Si no es posible reprogramarlo, se aplicará el reembolso completo.
POLÍTICA DE NO PRESENTACIÓN
La embarcación permanece disponible hasta las 14:00. Después de esa hora, la reserva se considera no presentada, salvo acuerdo contrario.
