Cancellation

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions (waves greater than 1.5m; wind with speeds greater than 25 knots and heavy rain forecast for a period of time exceeding 20% of the total duration of the excursion):

- You will have the right to return the advances delivered in case you cannot offer an alternative date or an alternative itinerary. In case the client declines the alternative itinerary offered, he will lose the right to the quantities delivered.

Cancellation by the client:

- Notice with a term exceeding 160 days from the date of shipment: you will be entitled to the return of the quantities delivered.
- Notice between 160 and 30 days before the date of shipment: you will lose all the quantities delivered.
- Notice less than 30 days before the date of shipment: the client is obliged to pay 100% of the total value of the rental rate.

* In the case of several contracted ships: you will not be entitled to any refund. You must pay 100% of all reserved boats even if you do not use them, unless you notify of this cancellation with a period of 60 days prior to the boarding date.
