    LEGAL NOTICE

    Welcome to the IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM website, where you can find everything related to nautical tourism and yacht charter in Ibiza and Formentera. Our aim is for the website to be a search tool where nautical tourists will find everything they need. In order to provide maximum confidence and the best service to our users, we have set out the following terms and conditions of use which shall be respected under any pretext.

    The use of the website IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions at all times. IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM reserves the right to withdraw access to the website, without prior notice, to any user who does not make good use thereof or violates any condition described herein.

    IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM reserves the right to change, modify, add and/or delete part of the terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice, and to make changes to the content of the website, thereby holding harmless the user from any claim or compensation for such changes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The role of IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM is solely to put the owner or operator of the vessels in contact with third parties-chartering parties specifically interested in chartering out pleasure craft. This is solely an intermediary role, and as such does not imply any liability on a civil, criminal, administrative or social level, against the charterer and against the chartering party.

    • The cancellation policy of the charter company shall be reflected in the charter agreement made by the owner, which shall be sent along with the booking confirmation. For this reason, IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM shall not be held liable for the cancellation policy and should direct any claim against the charterer, who is none other than the charter company with which the contract has been signed.

    • IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM shall also not be held liable for the termination of the contract by the charterer, whether for breach by the chartering party of the conditions stipulated in the charter agreement issued, or for any justifiable cause or reason (sea conditions, force majeure, etc).

    • The charter company is fully responsible for the physical state in which the vessels are chartered, and shall be held liable for any damages which the chartering party and/or their guests may suffer, when the fault thereof is attributable to the condition or state of deterioration of the chartered vessel. IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM is therefore exonerated from any liability in its role as a mere intermediary.

    • IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM shall not be held liable for the accuracy of published information provided by the companies represented, so neither does it assume any liability whatsoever for potential damages which may arise from the use of such information.

    • IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM is exonerated from any damage which may be incurred by the user as a result of errors in the information provided.

    INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

    • The user acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual and industrial property rights regarding the content and any other elements on the website belong to IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM

    • The entire IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM website: text, images, brands, logos, audio and video files, buttons, software files, colour combinations, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of content, is protected by the laws on intellectual and industrial property, with the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation thereof being prohibited, except for personal and private use.

    • Similarly, the removal, circumvention or manipulation of the copyright and other identifying data of the rights of IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM is prohibited, as is the use of any technical protection devices or any information mechanisms which may contain the content.

    DATA PROTECTION

    • Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, with the user/client hereby being informed about the possible inclusion of their data in computer files and the purpose for which said data is collected and processed. The user/client is also hereby informed about their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which may be executed by sending an email to reservas@ibizacentralcharter.com

    • IBIZACENTRALCHARTER.COM, as the file manager, has the technical, organisational and human resources required to ensure the security and protection of its information systems, as well as of the customer data and information stored therein.
